March 15, 2020 (as of 8:30 p.m.)
There are no suspected cases of COVID-19 at either Peace Care St. Ann’s or Peace Care St. Joseph’s.
VISITOR RESTRICTIONS
Visitation is restricted until further notice. Anyone who must enter the building, including all staff, must undergo a screening before entering.
As always, if there is a change in a resident or patient’s condition, our nursing staff will notify the responsible party.
Doctors will continue to visit patients as needed.
Hospice & Palliative Care visiting is on a case-by-case basis. Scheduled days and times will be provided to a family member. Call Peace Care St. Ann’s at 201.433.0950 or Peace Care St. Joseph’s at 201.653.8300 for questions specific to your loved ones.
ADULT MEDICAL DAY CARE
In consideration of the latest recommendations from the N.J. Department of Health, and because of our commitment to the well-being of our community, Peace Care St. Ann’s Adult Medical Day Care will be closed until Monday, March 30.
ACTIVITIES
Regularly scheduled internal events, including activities, will continue, albeit without the presence of outsiders. We are making every attempt to post live-feeds and photos from our activities on our Facebook pages: Peace Care, Peace Care St. Ann’s, and Peace Care St. Joseph’s.
Visit the CDC and N.J. Department of Health websites to learn more about COVID-19, symptoms, and prevention, and treatment.
Thank you for your cooperation and for supporting our efforts to keep the risk of viral infections low for all those entrusted to our care, and the many Peace Care team members who are committed to delivering quality care to them each and every day.
