The Boy Scouts of America has chosen Peace Care Board Member Michael D’Agnes to receive their Distinguished Citizen award. Mr. D’Agnes, the President, and CEO of Raritan Bay Medical Center is a long-time leader and supporter of Peace Care. He has served on the Peace Care St. Ann’s Board for over 20 years and is currently the vice-chair of Peace Care’s Board of Directors.
The Boy Scouts’ Distinguished Citizen’s award honors individuals who provide outstanding civic service in the community and who personify what the Boy Scouts stand for – good citizenship, outstanding moral fiber with a dedication to others. He will be recognized tonight at an awards ceremony in Somerset, New Jersey.
