Peace Care St. Joseph’s honored its staff for years of service at its annual Service Awards Ceremony. The awards ceremony took place at Peace Care St. Joseph’s in Jersey City on May 16th 2017. The annual ceremony is a celebration of the dedicated employees of Peace Care, recognizing their excellence in and commitment to exceptional patient care.
This year’s annual Service Awards Ceremony honored Maria Yambao for her 35 years of service to the residents of Peace Care St. Joseph. Ms. Yambao was honored by George Popko, Chief Executive Officer of Peace Care, and Thomas Sheehy, Administrator Peace Care St. Joseph’s. Maria Yambao has spent the past 35 years working as an important part of the multi-disciplinary care giving team as a certified nursing aide at Peace Care St. Joseph’s in Jersey City.
“Maria has been such an important part of our team, and the residents love interacting with her,” said Thomas Sheehy, Administrator of Peace Care St. Joseph’s. “Her dedication to our community is truly appreciated and is an example to all of us,” continued Mr. Sheehy.
Emanuel Comandatore was also honored for 35 years of service. Mr. Comandatore is the Assistant Administrator at Peace Care St. Joseph’s.
