Lady Hawks help seniors exercise at Peace Care St. Ann’s (NJ.com)

The Hudson Catholic Varsity Girls basketball team, Lady Hawks, attended a meet-and-greet with the residents of Peace Care St. Ann’s in Jersey City on Feb. 6.  The Lady Hawks worked with the senior citizens on various exercise routines, including an emphasis on movement and help promote physical activity for senior citizens.
