As Administrator of Peace Care St. Ann’s, I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a community where compassion, dignity, and respect are not just words but a way of life. Together, w e strive to create a community where everyone feels safe, cared for, and valued.
I’ve been in healthcare leadership for over 40 years, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant, a deep commitment to serving seniors and their families with kindness and integrity. What drew me to Peace Care St. Ann’s is its faith-based mission and the values we live by. Our eight core values reflect the commission entrusted to us by the sisters of St. Joseph of Peace, guiding us to provide care with dignity, focusing on the healing of the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. These values are lived out every day by our team, and they align perfectly with my own belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity,
compassion, and respect.
My role as Administrator is to ensure that Peace Care St. Ann’s is more than just a place for care, it should feel like home. A place where residents feel connected, where families feel supported, and where our team members feel proud of the work they do. I believe in being approachable, in listening, and in continually seeking ways to grow and improve together. Whether it’s enhancing our programs, supporting our team, or building stronger ties with our community partners, my goal is to keep making this community the very best it can be.
Most importantly, I want every resident and family member to know: I’m here for you. My door is always open. If you ever have a concern, an idea, or want to stop by and say hello, please do. We are all in this together, and your feedback is invaluable as we continue to grow as a community.
